New Moon Breathwork circle: An Exploration of Impermanence

  • Tahoe Mountain Yoga 1089 Magua Street South Lake Tahoe, CA, 96150 United States (map)

The New Moon Circle is a transformative gathering designed to guide you into the exploration of impermanence, the movement of life, and our relationship to the shifts. This immersive experience is a sacred space where awareness, breathwork, and meditation converge to initiate a profound shift within.

Impermanence is ever present in life and how we move through it becomes a direct reflection of our internal landscape. When we can find neutrality in ebb and flow, we can respond rather than react. In this month’s circle, we will explore this concept in more depth. Through guided reflection and introspection, you'll plant the seeds and focus your energy on creating conscious outcomes.

We will dive into breathwork, a practice that connects us deeply to our heart space and emotions—harnessing the energy of each breath to release stagnant energies and emotions, inviting a sense of renewal, vitality, and clarity. The rhythmic breath will serve as a guiding force, leading you into a state of heightened awareness, presence, and connection with your internal landscape. Through the breath we can increase neural plasticity, enabling us to override old pathways and create new ones.

The circle provides a supportive environment for shedding old patterns and embracing the potential for positive transformation.

As the circle unfolds, you will immerse yourself in a tapestry of self-exploration and communal energy. The New Moon Circle is an invitation to explore your internal landscape and step into more clarity, purpose, and your heart space. We will get in touch with the deepest parts of the self and manifest real change from within. Join us on this intentional journey as we collectively embrace our individual and collective healing.

This circle is open to all levels, and prior experience with breathwork, or meditation is not necessary. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to these practices, this circle is designed to support you in your journey toward self-cultivation and transformation. All we ask is that you come willing and open to participate in this journey of deep self-exploration with us.
