Eastern wisdom traditions healed me, opened my heart, and changed every cell of my body. For the first time, I experienced a profound and visceral connection to myself and my true nature. I felt deeply in tune, held by myself and the universe, filled with an incredible source of trust in my intuition and the resonance of everything around me. For the first time, I truly understood the meaning of universal and self-love.

Her integrative approach is grounded in the understanding that lasting change does not come from fixing, but from reconnection, regulation, and a felt sense of safety within the body.
After dedicating a significant portion of her life to the field of technology, she found herself at a crossroads. Experiencing burnout and a debilitating spinal cord injury due to stress. Witnessing the alarming rise of mental illness in the modern world and her own struggles as a result of unhealed emotional and physical stress compelled her to return to her lifelong calling: the healing path. The “breath” was the missing piece in her healing journey and what gave her the ability to completely rebuild her life and body. Her gathered knowledge over the years coupled with the breath allowed her to break through fear, resistance, and limiting beliefs so she could connect with her heart and truth.
Her practice focuses on providing a secure space where individuals can embark on a journey of self-exploration. She has committed her life to assisting others in rediscovering their ability to heal.
