One-on-one integrative healing sessions address the body as a whole. Therapeutic breathing is a transformational somatic practice that clears emotional blockages from the body. The session integrate the innate power of our breath (breathwork), herbal medicine and energy healing. Assisting the body in clearing energetic channels through releasing tension and unprocessed emotions.

1:1 MENTORSHIP
